We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help drive our human resources strategies to support our continued growth and success.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with employees to understand their needs and ensure a positive work environment
- Manage HR systems.
- Supervise the recruitment process.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior management
- Provide guidance on human resources policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or;
- Level 5 or above management certification with Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership & Manager (ILM), or;
- CIPD Qualified
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
